UK Product Security (PSTI Act 2022)
Flipper FZCO declares that BUSY Bar (Model BB-1) complies with the security requirements set out in Schedule 1 of The Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (Security Requirements for Relevant Connectable Products) Regulations 2023.
Defined support period: Flipper FZCO will provide security updates for BUSY Bar until 31 January 2031, being at least 5 years from the date the product is first supplied to customers in the United Kingdom.

Connected Product Data (EU Data Act)
BUSY Bar is a connected product within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (Data Act).

FCC Compliance Statement (USA)
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

Open-Source Software
BUSY Bar firmware and companion software include open-source components. A list of these components and their applicable licenses is available in the product firmware and upon request at legal@flipper.net.
Recycling & Disposal
Flipper products contain electrical and electronic components. Do not dispose of them with household waste.

EU / UK: This product is marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol in accordance with the WEEE Directive (2012/19/EU) and UK WEEE Regulations 2013. It should be returned to a designated collection facility for recycling.

Battery: The device contains a lithium-ion battery. Remove and recycle the battery separately where local regulations require it.
